ZAIKETZ / appointment reminders

Early access · opening in batches

Your calendar stays where it is

We only read the calendar you already use — and when a slot opens up, it goes back out to the people who already asked for that day. On the official Meta API, on your own account and your own number.

What it does, in order

Reads your calendar

You paste your calendar link — Google Calendar, or any calendar that exports .ics. Nothing is rebuilt from scratch and you do not change how you already work.

Confirms on WhatsApp

A confirmation and a reminder at the right time, with buttons. Your customer's reply goes straight back into the system.

Understands the reply

Confirmed, wants to reschedule, no answer — each becomes a state you can see on the dashboard, not a conversation somebody has to read.

Asks for a rating, and tells you what went wrong

After the appointment it asks how it went. A good rating becomes an invitation to review on Google; a bad one reaches you before it becomes public.

When a slot opens up

This is the part everything else exists to serve: the slot that came free too late for you to stop and ring anyone about it.

A customer asks to be told

They join the list from a link you send or print, and pick the day they want to hear about. Nothing to install, no account to create.

The slot comes free

A cancellation over WhatsApp — or you simply deleting the event in your own calendar. Either way we see that the slot came free.

It goes back out, in the order people asked

Whoever asked for that day gets the offer on WhatsApp, in the order they asked. Whoever accepts first gets the slot.

You are the one who writes it in

We never write to your calendar — we only read it. When somebody accepts, it shows up on your Today screen next to the waiting list, and you book it exactly the way you already do.

At the end of the month the report says how many freed slots got an invitation, how many were accepted — and the ones we could not offer, with the reason.

The queue is per day: the customer picks a day and joins that day’s queue. There is no way yet to ask for "any Tuesday morning", or to join the queue for one particular service.

The price is per business, not per professional: two people or ten on the same calendar pay the same.

Every subscription starts with 14 days free. Cancel inside those 14 days and you are not charged. The first charge falls on day 15; after that it renews every 3 months or every year, depending on the plan you picked, until you cancel. Included

The system, the dashboard, updates, and support over WhatsApp. No setup fee in the pilot batch.

Not included

What Meta charges per WhatsApp conversation. That charge sits on your own Meta account and goes straight to them — we do not resell it or mark it up.

Pilot-batch price — it may change for later batches.

What is not ready yet

The system speaks Portuguese today. Messages and the dashboard are in Brazilian Portuguese; English and Japanese are not done yet.

We are opening in batches. You join the queue and we tell you when it is your turn.

Your data

Your customers' data sits on our own infrastructure in Japan, separated per customer in the database itself — not by a filter in the application. The Meta account and the WhatsApp number are yours; if you leave one day, they stay yours.
